SPS was notified that Lincoln Elementary School is without power due to an issue in the surrounding neighborhood and therefore Lincoln Elementary School will not be in session for students today, March 13, 2026. All other schools are open and students should attend.

On February 26 and March 5, SHS Anatomy and Physiology Students visited the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard to view a cadaver! 🧠🫁🫀

This past weekend, Key Club officers and members attended the 75th District Convention and Leadership Conference for the I-I Key club district! For this event, members took part in several workshops teaching them important information about leading in the community! DCLC marks the end of the Key Club year, where then the next board for the District gets elected and Club Officer-elects officially take office. This year Sterling high school key club received THIRTEEN recognitions and awards🏆. We want to send a huge special thanks to Sterling Kiwanis club, SHS, and SHS Schools foundation for making our attendance possible! We can’t wait till next year!🔑💙

Congrats to our Golden Warrior Scholastic bowl team "Fab Four" who earned 4th place at the Belvidere North Masonic Tournament this past weekend! Junior Jacob Straw leads the way with 26 tossups! 🏆
